Dear Friends,
When I was nine years old, on vacation in Utah, I was diagnosed with Burkitt's Lymphoma with a large and fast-growing tumor in my abdomen. I spent two weeks at a hospital in Utah, but luckily, I got to go home to Portland for treatment at Doernbecher Children's Hospital. I spent most of the the next three months at Doernbecher where they took great care of me. The hospital felt like my second home, and a place where I could have fun, too. From the amazing doctors to the caring nurses, I built many great relationships at Doernbecher. Please help other kids like me have a second chance at a great life by making a donation to Doernbecher.
