Dear Friends and Family,
Almost four years ago our family grew with the addition of two adorable baby boys. Unfortunately, by eleven days old we discovered that there was a potential problem with Gabriel's heart. By 2 1/2 months old, we were sent to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin so that he could undergo a valvuoplasty to repair his severe aortic stenosis.
The care that Gabriel received while at Children's was outstanding and his continued good prognosis is the result of his surgery at the Herma Heart Center. Our family is extremely grateful and would like to give back to this worthy cause.
All contributions will benefit Children's Miracle Network and 100% of the funds will go to Herma Heart Center at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Any contribution will help, and all donations are tax deductible.
