Ride of a Life Time 2022

What

A nationwide benefit event in support of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Life Time Foundation, Ride of a Life Time is Life Time’s most high-octane studio cycling event of the year.

When

The ride takes place on the morning of Saturday, April 30th, and serves as the culmination of a month-long awareness building and fundraising campaign. Depending on location, riders are in the saddle for one to four hours.

Where

Rider from across the country take part in Ride of a Life Time. Most riders participate in Life Time cycle studios, riding as part of a class. The remaining riders (and there are many of them) participate virtually at home, tuned into the event livestream.

Who

Both Life Time Members and members of the broader community are invited to participate in Ride of a Life Time. Most riders, whether intending to ride in studio or at home, register as part of their local Life Time club team, allowing their fundraised dollars to support their local hospital.

Why

Ride of a Life Time benefits Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Life Time Foundation, two organizations united in the mission to assure all kids, of all backgrounds, can lay the foundation of a happy healthy life. Learn more about these organizations, and the impactful, efficient ways they are making a difference, through the links above.

Registration

Registration opens on March 1, 2022. Depending on where a participant will ride, registration is either a one or two-step process.

All Riders

Through the registration process on this site, riders create a fundraising page and link their fundraising page to their Life Time cycle studio team. All riders, whether they intend to use it or not, will be sent the link to livestream the Ride of a LIie Time feed on event day.

In-Studio Riders

In addition, through a separate process, riders that intend to ride in studio must select their class time and choose their bike. For Life Time Members, that separate process takes place on the Life Time App. For non-Life Time Members, that separate process takes place through this link.

Fee / Fundraising Goal

There is no fee to take part in Ride of a Life Time. Instead, participants raise funds in support of the two beneficiary organizations. Each individual rider has personal fundraising goal of $250, and each rider’s fundraising success contributes to their club’s total.

Fundraising Incentives

To make fundraising fun and celebrate successes, fundraisers who reach certain milestones are given promo codes to redeem rewards through the Ride of a Life Time store:

  • Create a fundraising page: ROALT die cut sticker

  • $50: Performance T-Shirt or Performance Trucker Hat
