Melinda, Zach, Maddie and I are once again honored to help raise funds and awareness for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN) - the charity that benefits from fundraising for the Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run. This organization has provided help and comfort to our family and countless others during the most difficult times. We're happy to report that Zach had his (likely) final surgery for treatment of Hirschsprung's Disease this past May and the picture above shows the first day he was able to leave his room and spend time outside after the surgery. Immediately upon returning to his room, he played with toys and video games provided by CMN and CMN volunteers were constantly onsite to provide comfort to him and the other children. We would be very thankful if you could help other kids in need receive the same attention and love!
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® raises funds for 170 children’s hospitals across North America, which, in turn, use the money where it’s needed the most. When a donation is given it stays in the community, ensuring that every dollar is helping local kids. Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $4 billion, most of it $1 at a time. These donations have gone to support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all in support of our mission to increase funds and awareness for local children’s hospitals.
All contributions will directly benefit CMN and all donations are tax deductible. Donating online is safe and easy! To make an online donation please click the "Support Me" button on this page above Zach's picture. Thank you!
