Friends - Radiothon is here. And again, it’s different and it is hard.

It’s different and hard because we still can’t all be together. It’s different and hard because we aren’t all in the lobby laughing, crying, singing, dancing and cheering on our amazing DJs as they rally the city to give. It’s different and hard because we are STILL in a pandemic - and that sucks.

BUT…this time it feels like there is hope. It feels like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It feels like normalcy is around the corner.

But for the 100,000 kiddos that we treat every year - that hope, that light, that normalcy is a LUXURY. Help give these kids and families the best care they deserve. Help bring them home. Help us find cures so we don’t have to say goodbye to amazing kids like Mo, like Bobby, like Leo, like MacKenzie, like Kendall.

Whether it’s $5 (skip one coffee this week), $20 (skip one lunch this month), or $50 (do you really need that Amazon order?!) I assure you - Every. Single. Dollar. Helps. You can make a difference. You can help kids be kids while they are at the hospital.

Help make miracles happen - miracles for kids like my sassy, wildebeest niece Abby - who spent 314 days in the NICU fighting for her life. We need Johns Hopkins Children’s Center and Johns Hopkins Children’s Center needs us - more than ever this year. We are so lucky it is in our backyard. And I can’t emphasize this enough - you never know when you will need them. It happened to my family, it can happen to yours. And when you do, they will be here because of amazing people like you.

Thank you for your support! 💕
