Changing Kids' Health

Since 1986, Phi Mu has raised more than $20 million for kids and families served by local CMN Hospitals across the country. At their 2018 convention, Phi Mu announced a pledge to raise $10 million for CMN Hospitals in 5 years. In July 2023, Phi Mu successfully completed the pledge early!

Phi Mu can help address the most challenging health issues of today while preventing and preparing for those to come. Phi Mu members will be gathering in-person in Orlando this week, and you can give back to the local CMN Hospital, Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

When we fund children’s hospitals, we transform how we meet the most urgent needs, saving more lives and protecting our collective future.

When we change kids’ health, we change the future – for all of us. Donate today.

Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children was dedicated in 1989 and just over 30 years later, it has earned a reputation as one of the leading hospitals of its kind in the Southeast and the nation. Today, Orlando Health Arnold Palmer is a 156-bed facility dedicated exclusively to the needs of children. Located in Orlando, Orlando Health Arnold Palmer provides expertise in pediatric specialties such as cardiac care, craniomaxillofacial surgery, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, oncology, orthopedics, pulmonology and sports medicine. The Bert Martin’s Champions for Children Emergency Department & Trauma Center at Arnold Palmer Hospital is part of the only Level One Trauma Center in the area, and is the first facility in Central Florida to provide emergency care exclusively for pediatric patients.

A special pedestrian bridge links Orlando Health Arnold Palmer to Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies. Together, these two hospitals form the largest facility dedicated to children, women and babies in the United States. Mr. Palmer famously said, “We can do better! We should do better for the children!” And that’s exactly what happened. An indication of the legacy of caring and continuous improvement is the consistent ranking by U.S. News & World Report as a “Best Children’s Hospital.” Your support will enable us to advance critical research projects, invest in life-saving medical equipment and provide a wide range of services that might not otherwise be possible.
